To qualify for a replacement, you must record a continuous, uncut video while opening your parcel.

2. 7-Day Claim Period
Any issues (damage or wrong item) must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
3. How to Start a Claim
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

- Our support team will review your request and provide you with our official WhatsApp number.
- You will then be asked to send your Order Number and the Unboxing Video to that WhatsApp number for final verification.
4. Verification & Dispatch
Once our team and our delivery partner verify the proof, a fresh replacement will be dispatched to your address at no extra cost to you.
